About Me

Hi, I’m Sherry. There’s nothing like afternoon tea to excite me. More than the delicious tea, warm crumpets with clotted cream, and a beautiful table setting, it’s the lovely conversations and the chance to chat away with friends that keeps me pining for these special events. Afternoon tea in the English countryside, now that’s my heaven. I love traveling in all corners of the world not only for the scenery and experience but to witness culture, society, and people. So far my wildest jaunt was water rafting in the jungles of Bali. Something else about me, I love books. They are my constant companion, though I’m more likely to “read” via Audible these days.

For almost a decade, I have worked in the addiction field helping clients and their families in capacities including behavioral technician, clinician and clinical director. I regularly saw lives ravaged by addiction and I also witnessed lives changed. What I’m saying is, there’s hope for recovery and a chance for a better life. I say this not only as a result of my work but because I too have personally experienced and have been affected by other people’s addiction.

Hence, I've been where you're at although the how, the who, and the what may be different. How I “crawled up" will most likely not be the same as your path but I know the way out. I can help and I can guide you.
